How to use eyebrow razor?

Anyone care to tell me how to use the eyebrow razor? I am worry of cutting myself with it. I am not kidding, I am careless and scare to use the eyebrow razor.

My classmate has an accident with it, she has a deep cut at one side of her eyebrow and leaving a scar. I can still see her scar, I can imagine the pain she gets.
